Paula Patton is an actress and producer best known for her roles as a lead actress in the action-spy film Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol as well as the dramatic film Precious. Her birthplace was in an upper middle-class family living in Los Angeles and had big dreams for her future. Her mom was a film buff and encouraged a love of films in the young girl as well. Paula was a part of co-curricular school activities, and she particularly enjoyed drama. She was a great actress, and she enjoyed performing alongside her peers. After performing in a variety of high school productions at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and deciding to make acting her career. She enjoyed her summer at University of Southern California. She was awarded an assignment by PBS to make documentaries for a period of three months. As soon as she completed the three-month assignment successfully the first task was working in the production department for television documentaries. Following the completion of her project, she started producing documentary films. Even though she loved the work she was doing, she yearned for acting roles. Her first acting gig came by playing a supporting role in Will Smith's romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she's played in numerous popular films and TV shows.
