Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson has been an American actor for many years. Beginning her professional career as a young actress and model, Elson is most likely best known for her television roles for the character Alice Tyler on the CBS science-fiction . Andrea auditioned and won the role of Lynn Tanner on the hit ALF ALF (1986). Andrea was on the show for a number of years in a variety of TV shows as well as Movies of the week before she decided to leave the entertainment industry. Andrea Elson's job as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was a difficult one for her. People magazine published an account of her career in the year 2000. Fusco justified the statement by saying "ALF has 285 years, which means he's mature enough to be able to consume beer." As ALF began to be more popular, NBC said that Fusco was no longer allowed to have ALF drinking beer with the kids. This was not a good image of a role of a model. Fusco still believed ALF was an adult and that he could handle the alcohol. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was successfully cured and remained in remission through the year the year 2019. The cancer died on June 26, 2019 aged 75, at the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
